Network for Hope is looking for dependable, compassionate individuals to serve as Drivers on an Independent Contractor basis. About the Role As a Driver, you will play a vital part in the organ, tissue, and eye donation process by transporting our team members, including physicians and surgeons, to and from donor cases across our service area, which includes: All of Kentucky Cincinnati, OH region 5 counties in Southern Indiana 2 counties in West Virginia You will have access to a fleet of Network for Hope vehicles (SUVs, cars, vans), a gas card, and Roadside Assistance for peace of mind on the road. Requirements Active and valid driver's license Active and valid auto insurance Ability to pass a background check and DMV driving record review Availability for 12-hour on-call shifts (AM: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | PM: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) Weekend and holiday availability preferred Why Drive with Us? Set your own schedule - choose as many or as few shifts as you like Training provided - no prior medical or transport experience required No personal vehicle use required - avoid wear and tear on your car Gas and emergency assistance covered Compensation $50.00 flat rate for each scheduled on-call shift (even if not called in) $20.00/hour for all hours worked Additional $100.00 flat rate for working on a holiday 1099 Contractor - monthly pay; this is not a Network for Hope employee position Join us in honoring the gift of life through donation and help make a direct impact in your community - one ride at a time.
