LifeGift is currently looking for a Donation Communication Shift Lead. Are you someone that will support LifeGift with operational oversight for donation communication activities during assigned shifts, ensuring the timely, accurate, and compliant execution of donation processes?

Do you possess the attributes to be a successful Donation Communication Shift Lead and perform the following essential functions?

• Provides operational oversight of Donation Communication Services during assigned shifts, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant execution of donation processes.
• Monitors referral, screening, authorization, and donation conversation workload to ensure appropriate prioritization and resource allocation.
• Makes operational decisions within established authority to support workflow continuity and timely progression of donation activities.
• Prioritizes donation conversations and case management activities based on urgency, staffing, and operational needs.
• Monitors and supports new team members during bridging and transition periods to ensure competency development and adherence to departmental standards.

Do you have the education and experience to be a Donation Communication Shift Lead?

• Associate degree or medical vocational certificate is required; 2 years of equivalent and relevant experience may be substituted for the education in accordance with LifeGift standards.
• Experience in the healthcare, biotechnology, social services, death care, emergency communications, crisis response or another professional environment involving complex interpersonal communication is preferred but not required.

As a condition of employment, you must be able to attain Hospital Badge and EMR Access from all of the LifeGift Hospital Partners.
